Welcome to F & F Contracting USA Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all contracting services provided by F & F Contracting USA Inc. within the New York City five boroughs (Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Bronx, Staten Island) and surrounding areas including New Jersey, Long Island, Westchester County, Nassau County, and Yonkers. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms in full.
We provide licensed contracting services including roofing, masonry, waterproofing, brownstone restoration, and interior and exterior renovations as outlined in our service agreements.
Our operations and contractual obligations apply only within the geographic areas listed:
– New York City: Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Bronx, Staten Island
– New Jersey
– Long Island
– Westchester County
– Nassau County
– Yonkers
Requests for services outside these areas require separate agreements and may incur additional fees.
– All project estimates are based on initial assessments and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or client-requested modifications.
– Payment terms will be outlined in the contract. Typically, progress payments are due upon milestone completions. Final payment is required before project closeout.
– Late payments may incur interest charges in accordance with New York State laws.
– F & F Contracting USA Inc. will obtain all necessary permits and ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and NYC Department of Buildings requirements.
– Clients must provide access and cooperate with permit inspections to avoid project delays.
– Any changes or additions to the original scope of work must be documented and approved through a written change order.
– We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control including weather, supply chain disruptions, or government agency actions.
– We provide warranties on workmanship and materials as stated in individual contracts.
– Our liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective work within warranty periods.
– We are not liable for damages resulting from client modifications, misuse, or external factors post-completion.
– F & F Contracting USA Inc. maintains full insurance coverage for workers’ compensation, general liability, and property damage in accordance with New York State laws.
– Safety protocols conform to OSHA standards and all job sites will be maintained in a safe condition.
– Either party may terminate the contract in writing if the other party breaches any material term and fails to remedy it within a specified period.
– Termination may result in invoicing for completed work and materials purchased.
– These Terms and all contracts are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
– Any disputes arising shall first attempt to be resolved through mediation. If unsuccessful, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration within New York City.
– Clients must provide accurate information regarding project requirements and property conditions.
– Access to the worksite must be granted as scheduled.
– Clients agree to follow professional advice to ensure successful project completion.
– Any personal information collected during service inquiries or contracts will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and will not be shared without consent, except as necessary for permitting or contractual purposes.
F & F Contracting USA Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting.
